This song is a song beautifully rendered by Hafeel Preena the leader of the now disbanded trio, "Swasthika". Hafeel wrote the lyrics and the melody and the arrangements and production was done by Diliup. They released their album under M Entertainment in 2006. Hafeel is currently in the Middle East but promises to be back with his solo album.

This song was composed for the Sri Lanka Diabetes Association and used in their school campaign for prevention of Diabetes in youth. Sung by Bathiya, Santhush and Diliup. The melody is from "Give Me Hope Joanna" by Eddie Grant who gave Diliup permission to use it for this worthy cause. New arrangements by Diliup.
The entire production was done by Diliup at no cost.
